Initial discussions upon inspection of the premises were positive and informative but quickly diminished once negotiations were completed, lack of email responses, information and paperwork not forwarded on and the handover, on what was supposed to be an exciting day, was a let down after waiting at the house as agreed for the exchange of keys and then waiting to hear from Anita. After several phone calls to their office the staff advised me I had to pick up the keys from their office. After many emails and phone calls regarding the sign removal it was taken down and disposed of by myself. Several requests were submitted for copies of the white ant and structural certificates but these have never been forwarded. I know there was a close personal relationship with the seller but a little professionalism towards the purchaser will always make the experience more enjoyable and certainly promote a positive recommendation for the agent who relies on good reviews when selling housed in the area. I did find the office staff very helpful and efficient and Carol Thomas was very informative.
