I have had the pleasure to deal with Anita Roelevink for the purchase of my former property in Valetta St Moss Vale in February 2015 and its subsequent sale in November 2017. Quite simply, Anita is the perfect real estate agent. She is the best negotiator there is and is also a gracious and charming individual. She is the consummate professional but never would consider letting her high ethical standard drop. That means that she will advise you the price she believes she can achieve, as she did indeed achieve for me in 2015, and will also leave little stone unturned to achieve this. I never had to suggest any change to her strategy for the Open Inspections of my house. I was very impressed to see her plan carefully by having an associate agent stand at the Open flags and encourage people “just having a look” to walk down the long driveway to where she stood to invite them inside to inspect. Anita is a skilled negotiator as I found when she represented the vendors of the house that I purchased in 2015. I know she would always be absolutely truthful and she was diligent in her research on my house so that she could answer any question. There is no doubt that should I ever need a real estate agent again, that I will not look further than Anita Roelevink. I would trust her to act for me. And she is so pleasant and easy to deal with. Anita is very professional, impeccably dressed and her commitment to selling my house was just fantastic. Selling houses in Robertson NSW can be quite difficult but Anita continued to present my house over the 6 months it took to sell in the best possible way and always gave clear communication as to the current buyers position and prospect of them buying.
