We purchased a property from Anita with three dwellings, which she informed us of the rental possibilities and that they were previously rented. Low and behold a few months into owning our new property (with two of the three dwellings rented) council informed us the two of the three dwellings were in fact illegal. A fact which I think an agent that deals predominately in the Beaconsfield area would be aware of. I think Anita was dishonest in her dealings with us and would avoid any dealings with this agency. Money should not come first, which it clearly does for Anita.
