I finalised to go with Ankit after experiencing three other companies. He was honest, and I observed the following: - He said that the content of the house is more important than the agent. - Buyers search online hence reduce the marketing cost. - Big database of buyers do not help; due to change in rates, the affordability could change, and the database could be irrelevant. In this tight market, we were scared about how we would sell the property. Touchwood, in our first open home, we got one buyer who Ankit pursued very nicely and also got us genuine offers. He trusted the buyers and did not carry out further open homes. Also, as it was an investment property, he sold the property being tenanted. He also negotiated with the tenants and the incoming seller, giving us an optimal outcome. Thrilling Story, right - but it was easy.
