Ankush was able to sell my house for the price I wanted after one open home, and I believe this was a relatively premium price for the area at the time. He is obviously a skilled negotiator. The only thing he could have improved upon was not settling for photography when the house was not quite ready for it... which meant the additional cost of more photography after styling. Overall, I'm happy to recommend Ankush as a property sales agent.

Ankush was informed about both the area and the market and had a clear strategy from outset. Ankush is an excellent communicator, listens to our concerns and is never pushy. He always exhibited professionalism and a great working attitude. He is genuine natured, modest and humble and lacks the greasy nature of your typical agent. We will not hesitate to use Ankush’s service again, we only wish we switched agents sooner!

Great agent; kept me up to date and guided me through out the process

Ankush was by far the best agent I have come across. He was polite and transparent and very patient with all the queries. He was also prompt in organizing visits and providing frequent updates. His assurance on the property and price was honest and transparent. Even post sale he was very helpful, which is very rare. I would definitely recommend him.
