Anmol was a joy to work with and did much of the pre work required in readying the property for sale. She is an excellent communicator and knows what exactly needs to be conveyed to the vendor (we were informed just what we had to know and decide on). She is very tech savvy and one of the strong suite of their (along with Gurdev) business is digital marketing which we found was very important especially during these times, where everything is going virtual. The whole experience of sale was amazing as we were fed just enough information to keep us informed of the progress and only asked the necessary questions requiring our inputs. She is an excellent marketer and did her utmost to get a good outcome for both buyers and sellers. We would highly recommended 'Paras and Baz real estate' for both buyers and sellers for the ease of working with and the passion which their family business brings.

My husband and I are very grateful for the professional marketing tools Anmol has created to sell our property on the first home open. The brochures were very upmarket and the sign out the front of the home was outstanding. We were blessed to have the property sold on first day. Not only did Anmol present our property professionally with outstanding results, Anmol went over and above to help us with refurbishing our property and co-ordinating all the works done. The property looked immaculate and living in Queensland would have been a challenge to organise all the works completed. Anmol and Gurdev where everything you're looking for in a real estate agent - responsive, communicative, action-orientated and committed to following up on promises made. They were also sensitive to the fact that there can be a lot of emotion involved in selling a house and showed that they were willing to go the extra mile to work around the issues involved with our deceased estate property. They seemed to get the balance right between giving people time and making sure that the job got done. They both seemed to know their market well but didn't pretend to have all the answers which I found really comforting.
