I first met Ann when we purchased a property in Willetton while living in Melbourne. Without Ann’s help, we would never have secured the property. Her exceptional and professional communication impressed us greatly, which is why I reached out to her again to handle the sale of my house in Morley. This time, she exceeded my expectations even further. First, as I was managing the property remotely from Melbourne, I had trouble communicating with the tenant during the selling process. Ann stepped in and efficiently took over the communication, resolving most of the issues on my behalf. Second, she demonstrated outstanding negotiation skills, successfully pushing the buyer to meet my target price for the house. Lastly, her communication was once again superb. She was practically always available to answer my questions, even with the time difference, and it felt like she was working 24/7. Remarkably, she even contacted me during her holiday to assist. Overall, without Ann's hard work and dedication, I would have faced significant challenges and likely sold my house for a much lower price.
