From the very beginning Ann was always available to me with any questions I had and advice I needed. She encouraged me to be part of the process. Advised me in the best way to present the home. And, was always in touch with me leading up to the eventual open inspections and auction process.
I am so glad that we chose Ann to sell our house! We had been previously referred to a young hot shot, who did not appeal at all. Ann was friendly, understanding and efficient; I think she has seen it all, during her career. Her local knowledge was appreciated. Our house sold within a few days, at a satisfactory price, and the whole procedure was relatively painless. I have already recommended Ann to a friend. Her husband Rod was also very good value. We feel as though we have gained some new friends! Jennifer Rocca
