Over the years we have bought and sold a lot of realestate in four states in Australia, so we are very picky about the agents we choose. When we decided to sell our house we noticed a lot of signs go up for Zeb Realty and quite quickly the Sold sign was on them. We rang and spoke to Ann and she came to our place the next day. She was very knowledgeable about our area and very easy to talk to, she listened to us about what we wanted and expected and then told us how she was going to go about selling our home. Ann and Stuart were extremely helpful with pre sales ideas for getting the property ready to sell. In addition to the listed open viewing times they were also very flexible about showing potential purchasers through the property as a number were restricted as to when they could view.
