Excellent service

Ann has an excellent knowledge of what other properties in the "demographic" are selling for. She is a determined negotiator but has a keen understanding of what buyers are looking for and quickly establishes a deep rapport with them. We were grateful for her "going the extra mile" and clearing up after we realised we had left the house after turning off the electricity but not emptied the fridge of ice.
