On signing, Ann assured us that she would only offer inspections to purchasers who could demonstrate a capacity to meet our asking price. She never faltered. Our efforts for presentation were always justified. She skilfully negotiated a price we were very happy with. A feature of her style is frequent communication even when enquiry levels were low. A significant demonstration of her confident approach is that she did not suggest at any stage that you should consider a price reduction "to meet the market". She knows the market.
