Firstly Ana contacted me 2 years ago, when I was thinking to sell my property, at that time I interviewed a lot of local agents, Ana was the only one who kept in regular contact with me every 6 months to see how I was going. I decided to sell my property in Nov 17 and so explored all options with several agents , most agents over promised , some where more concerned with trying to sell my home with the one next door and offered discounts to try and win the business. When it came to inspecting the property which was rented out, some didn't bother to inspect the property but sent the office junior to do it, one agent who works for a high profile agency was rude to my tenant, ( I cut her from the short list based on that alone) it was an interesting situation and experience, I have been in sales myself for many years, and I wanted someone who was honest, set realistic expectations, and was willing to back themselves and their recommendations Ana has the local knowledge , so while Anna's estimate was the lower of all the agents ,I knew it was the correct range as I lived in the area for 10 years, Anna was excellent at negotiation as our first bit of business was that we set the commission based on performance , the service from Anna and her team was amazing, especially when dealing with my tenant, the marketing proposal was great, and the strategy and marketing proposal met all my expectations. The property sold prior to Auction in 5 weeks, and the result I wanted was achieved. Anna is a great agent and a lovely person to work with.
