Anna is the most professional and responsible real estate agent that I have ever seen. She is efficient and patient. Through our experience with her service, I know why Anna is very successful and has high reputation in real estate for over 20 years. She is really a Vendor’s agent. During the sale process, she gave me advice for styling and cost effective marketing strategy. She followed up, analysed the buyers feed back and built up trust with buyers. Her negotiation skills were excellent and closed the sale at the premium price for my property. She gets the price that I want to be satisfied with. I will highly recommend her to any sellers and will continue to engage her as my selling agent in future.
I normally don't bother writing reviews, but after dealing with so many stereotypical arrogant slimeball estate agents (you know the type) it was great to actually meet a real person, who just happens to sell property. Anna was professional, polite, and respectful. She was always on hand with quick replies to any questions (without being at all pushy), and didn’t make us feel like a walking chequebook. It might sound cliché, but she really seemed to care about both us as buyers, and the vendors (who also have a review giving her high praise). If you’re looking to buy, but don’t want to be pestered and spammed, you don’t have to worry about that with Anna. If you’re looking to sell, and don’t want potential buyers to be put off by some high school dropout with delusions of grandeur, Anna would be a great choice!

Impressed with Anna's skills in selling one of our houses in mid-2020 we sought her help in selling our second property. Anna knew that the price we were expecting was not unreasonable. She also knew that we were not in a big rush. Instead of pushing us to sell the house at whatever price was available, she advised us to be patient so that we will get the buyer we wanted. That is what indeed happened. We are very happy with the price we finally got before 2020 ended. What I really appreciated was that Anna was not pushy at all. She did not try to convince us to have a quick sale so that she could move on to the next property to sell. She really is a vendor's agent who puts the vendor's interest above her own. That is a rare virtue, and we admire her for that.
