Always available for discussions and we were kept well informed of negotiations with the vendor. Highly recommended agent with excellent work ethic.

Anna Chow is the No 1 agent to compare with other agents for sales price for 2 bedroom units in this complex. No matter it is tenanted or empty, Anna still can handle the sale well and has achieved the premium price within the time frame for my two apartments. Anna is absolutely a top vendor's agent with excellent negotiation skills and connections. She is excellent to close the deal. Buyers love her for her professional 7/24 service. Vendors love her for her hardwork and her negotiation skills to achieve the vendor's expected price and - in my case - achieved a record price. I definitely recommend Anna to my friends. Having Anna as an agent is the best choice - instead of wasting time to get the lower prices with other agents.

They've done a great work!

I will strongly recommend Anna Chow to my friends who like to sell their property. She shown her perfessionalism, strong communication skills, comprehensive laising skill. Thank you and apprceciate all hard work done for us.

Anna secured a great price after just one day of having the place open for inspection. Anna set the place up perfectly including using a stylist and recommended workman to fix minor issues. She is the little Angel of Sydney Real Estate. Incredible market knowledge. Tirelessly working to get the Vendor's best price. Well done Anna! You are the best!

Anna made our whole purchasing experience quite smooth. Given the holiday season we needed extra time for settlement which Anna negotiated brilliantly. She always had time to show us the property few times even during out of office hours and we appreciated that very much. Anna comes highly recommended by us for all property related matters. All the best Anna.

Anna; valued the property better than her competition, suggested improvements to add value then followed up with reasonably priced quality faster workers, always available and gained a good price.

Anna Chow helped me sell my property, throughout the entire process she was professional and knowledgeable especially about the current market. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. The sale went very well, sold within a month. She is very professional and knows how to get the best value for sellers. Would definitely recommend Anna Chow for the sale of your property.

Really thanks for Anna’s enthusiastic introducing properties to us after we sold a property in Gordon and bought the current property in East Killara from her 2 years ago. We have a wonderful selling and buying experience through Anna! She kept us informed throughout the process and closed the deal in a very short time frame. Her trustworthy, very experienced, enthusiastic, professional negotiation skills and available 24/7 made our experience easy and seamless. Huge thanks to Anna and we would have no hesitation in recommending Anna to all my friends, relatives and others !

She has a very good communication and also can quickly make a decision. I can feel that she has no any problem in communication with the vendor and with me. Actually if she called me one day later, l would had bought other property. Anyway I am lucky. Thanks Anna very much!

We chose Anna as our selling agent from amongst three other competitors due to her distinguished profile and well-established experience in the industry. From the beginning, she was confident in selling our house for the best price. Anna involved us in the selling process, and had high expectations for photo shooting, photo editing home styling and presentation. Anna updated us after each inspection and informed us of potential buyers without delay. Her negotiation skills are outstanding to achieve the best price. We are happy with her tremendous efforts and we recommend her without hesitation.

Very efficient, very professional, excellent attitude and very helpful. She is the best agent that I've ever met. Highly recommended !!!
