Right throughout the process Anna was very communicative and helpful. She kept us informed on open house comments but she was critical on the day of auction and secured us a sale at a price we hadn't even dreamt of. Our retirement will look much better than we had thought thanks to Anna and the team.

Thank to Anna for showing me many houses and finally finding one I like，I am very satisfied
Anna has undoubtedly been the most hard working real estate agent which I have come across in the past 25 years which I have dealt with. Her knowledge of the Glen Waverley areas has been very high and she has acted very professional in the past few weeks. Her communication is great and she can easily communicate with people of many different cultural backgrounds and can speak multiple languages which means more trust from buyers. I will certainly recommend her to all my friends and relatives. She brought outstanding results from team at Harcourts to us.
Anna ran a professional and well informed campaign to sell my property. She understood precisely what the market was looking for and knew exactly which elements of the property to focus on to attract the best buyers. The property was marketed using many and varied methods/platforms as well as capitalising on Anna and the Harcourts Judd White base of buyers. I always had the confidence of knowing that Anna was in my corner working hard for a good result and would call on Anna again the next time I have a property to sell.
