Anna helped the reviewer sell this property

Anna is a highly regarded professional serves in the best interest of the Client. Great communicator

Anna approached me and showed eagerness in selling my property. I wasn't sure of the timing as I tried selling the property through another agent for the past 3 months prior. Anna convinced me that it was the correct time but I was very firm on my pricing range. Anna was confident in selling the property in that price range. We started off with a very modest marketing budget. It was marketed via "Place" customer base only at the beginning. Anna brought in number of buyers for the first three weeks but she was not getting the offer I wanted. It was particularly difficult to take buyers through a tenanted property but she did an excellent job dealing with the tenant in an amicable way. Anna at no point in time asked me to accept a lower offer instead asked for more time. After three weeks she persuaded me to accept a marketing campaign whereby I'll have to pay the marketing fee (including fee for realestate.com) on a successful sale basis only. During this campaign, Anna brought in many potential buyers and navigated viewing arrangements with the tenants week in and week out. At the end Anna achieved the sale via an auction. It was a well campaigned auction where she contacted all the potential buyers and encouraged them to participate in the auction as the property is definitely on the market for sale. Anna secured keen buyers to turn up to the auction which was the key in achieving the desired result. The auction was conducted at Place office by the Auctioneer and "Place " principal. They applied every trick in the book to achieve the desired outcome for me. They consulted me couple of times during the auction and expressed their confidence in achieving the target I was after. At the end it was a happy sale for everyone involved. In summary, Anna is a competent agent who is a true professional. She is trust worthy who will achieve the best price for your property in the market you are in.
