A totally delightful experience

Anna has rare combination of market knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and workplace efficiency. Her communication skills are excellent, and we felt well informed at all times. Anna has a delightfully friendly disposition that is engaging and reassuring and no request or follow up is ever too much trouble. Despite a few technical issues with our purchase, Anna was ever the optimist, trying to problem solve throughout and the whole experience was very positive.
