Poor experience overall

Anna-Marie sold a good story but when it came to reality it was far from. The lack of communication was appalling we were over sold what it would sell for then pushed to make a decision within a matter of hours or told we wouldn’t sell it at all. During the settlement process there was no communication I had to follow up constantly for updates then I had meetings moved around and was not told which ended in both myself and my husband being messed around as well as impacting our work. I could just keep going with how poor this experience was however I will leave it as saying avoid at all costs and do not fall for the well oiled sales pitch. Should have gone with a different agent. Overall what should have been an exciting time was one of my worst.
