Terrible post sales experience
The house inspection at the time of sale was not conducted properly as the buyer was not present at the inspection. Anna harassed us for nearly a month after settlement trying to extort money for equipment that was well functioning at the time of settlement. She tried to intimidate us with relentless calls and emails and when asked what clause of the real estate act the issues related to, she could not provide a satisfactory answer. Had a terrible and traumatic experience with her.

This is not the case at all and a false review is not warranted. I and the broader team went over and beyond to assist you as sellers after the contract was closed to resolve your contractual obligations. Unfortunately this situation was one where you were legally obligated to complete necessary works on the property in order to satisfy the special conditions etc. I had gone to extreme lengths even post the settlement so that the buyer/s did not proceed with further proceedings to claim repairs. It is my job to ensure that the transaction is completed and that I have assisted parties to communicate between each other. Your 'unhappiness' regarding the contact after the settlement is because you were hoping the situation would 'go away' however the only way to have closed it off was to address it as the seller. Your nominated settlement agent had also provided this same advice to you - I wish you the very best moving forward.
