Nothing was too much trouble

We drove up from Victoria and Anna went out of her way to show us through the house we were interested in seeing. She was very helpful when we asked her to follow up information and forwarding it onto us. She also liaised with the owner to organise for our engineer to be able to go through the house with the owner. She was prompt to respond to our questions and always respectful and polite.
