I have been in the real estate industry for a very long time and have bought and sold many times in the last 30 years. The McGrath experience was the best we have ever had. The marketing package was exceptional, the selling strategy intelligent and well planned and the end result was amazing! After investigating similar houses in our area that had recently sold, I called the agent who achieved the highest sale price which was Anna. Anna and Luke were over our house that day to discuss the process of selling. They weren't pushy or needy and they knew their stuff. Being locals themselves they could relate to the area and the current climate of buying and selling. This was our first house together, so it was a massive thing for us to sell - and they understood that. All negotiations for pricing were behind closed doors, private and respectful and they achieved a result that made us fall over. I still referred to Anna and her team for advice on buying a house, even though we bought 150kms out of their district, they were happy to assist us and give us pointers on negotiating as a buyer.
