We were visiting Forest Lake to inspect our investment property and we were looking in the shop window of Your Choice Realty when Annalyn came out to talk to us. We especially wanted to see the property as we were considering selling it as we are a retired couple. Annalyn was very polite and helpful without being pushy and we took her card. After doing a couple of renovations, we decided to put the property on the market and we chose Annalyn. We already had tenants in the property and she looked after them as well as us. She arranged some exterior work to be carried out with no extra expense to us. Our first attempt at selling in the winter just didn't happen so we were not charged anything. In the following Autumn, we tried again and Annalyn was very successful in negotiating a deal. We have recently "Settled". I have no hesitation in recommending Annalyn, she is a delight to deal with, her communication skills are excellent, (we were always kept up to date on every aspect of the selling process). Her market knowledge was excellent also. I would also like to add, that going with Your Choice Realty was really good as they don't charge any upfront fees like many of the other agencies.

Annalyn was always professional with a lovely friendly nature. The house sale was difficult in that we had storm damage in November and the house wasn't ready for the market again until March. Very frustrating for Annalyn and ourselves. We are pleased with the result and would recommend Annalyn.
