She adds fun and humour (and style) to the search and responds to communications quickly. Annamaria is passionate about the Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs market. She is very nice to be around and uplifting to everyone; tenants, buyers, people on the street etc. She helped me to be more confident in my buying decision. I looked at about 15 properties in total listed by several agents. Annamaria called me once she was close to a property that I was keen on a week prior, waited for me to find my way there, gave me a personal tour and advised options I had for rental.
