Annamaria was fantastic. Helped me throughout the buying process, and did not mind my many, many questions! She always made me feel very comfortable especially as I couldn't visit & inspect the property in person as I was buying from interstate. I highly recommend Annamaria to anyone who wants to work with a reliable and trustworthy agent.
Straight away she knew what we wanted, and she delivered it to us, I have dealt with many agents over the journey, but Annamaria stands out from the rest. Her knowledge around the city and what's happening for the future really paints a picture for the client, it made our decision very easy. She is a very determined young lady and fights for the buyer to get the best deal possible she is the ultimate professional. No smoke and mirrors with Anna, what you see is what you get.
Annamaria recently assisted us with the sale of one of our Melbourne units. She was very proactive about getting the best possible result for us and we are very happy and satisfied with the result achieved. We highly recommend Annamaria
Annamaria is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I had to get used to her answering all my phone calls immediately, and the lengths she goes to help me. I want to rip out carpet and replace with timber flooring, and she organised a floor person and a quote for me. She also offered to get it done before settlement so that I can have the apartment ready at settlement. That really impressed me, so Annamaria is going to be my Melbourne agent for keeps
Annamaria was very efficient and professional in selling my city apartment. The property sold after just one open home and for a price that exceeded my expectations (and those of other agents!). She handled everything for me & made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. Very grateful and I would definitely work with Annamaria again.
After being on the market for several months with another agent, Annamaria was able to quickly find a buyer and secure a sale for my property in just a few days.
