Annamaria has been amazing in the process of selling my apartment in Melbourne CBD. Always super friendly, very pro-active, reliable and flexible, always willing to accommodate inspections for potential buyers. Her hard work got us to the finish line, with the asking price I placed, even during a very difficult time in the market. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

AnnaMaria worked really hard in selling our property, she kept us well-informed and went above and beyond in her diligence. She was easy to work with and kept encouraging us all along the way. I would highly recommend her services.

I arranged to meet Annamaria for handover of keys on the settlement of a new apartment purchase and she didn't arrive. There was no notification Annamaria wasn't attending and it wasted 3 hours of my work day during an extremely busy period for me. Annamaria was well aware of my heavy workload and should have communicated that she was not able to attend.

Honest and straightforward, easy to deal with, dresses exceptionally well for inspections. We highly recommend!

Annamaria has been great, and handled absolutely everything for the sale of our apartment, even the repairs and staging. I didn't need to look for a conveyancer either. She worked hard and did a great job helping us sell our city apartment during a tricky time in the market. I highly recommend her.
