She adds fun and humour (and style) to the search and responds to communications quickly. Annamaria is passionate about the Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs market. She is very nice to be around and uplifting to everyone; tenants, buyers, people on the street etc. She helped me to be more confident in my buying decision. I looked at about 15 properties in total listed by several agents. Annamaria called me once she was close to a property that I was keen on a week prior, waited for me to find my way there, gave me a personal tour and advised options I had for rental. She was pretty confident I’d like it (I really did!). She presents it professionally and lets you own the decision. Annamaria on the next day prepared the contract, which we signed that day. The following day she organised for a conveyancer and flooring contractor to quote me directly, which was really helpful; they were good quotes! She makes things happen as soon a practicable.
