Ms Bartz 'parachuted in' to help us because we lived 250kms away and had limited opportunity to see the property. Buying a house in a rural town was a new experience for us and Anne could answer just about all of the many question we had and, for the few remaining, she quickly tracked down the answers . Anne also knew who to contact in the local area for issues like pre-purchase inspections and she arranged these services for us. Ms Bartz's energy and personable nature helped my wife and I feel more comfortable with the significant transaction that buying a house is and we are very happy with the result.
