This was the home we both wanted for more than 10 years. The moment we found out it was for sale Mark got the gears into control even though we had already put a deposit on another house Anne got the ball rolling fast.... communication between all party's went smoothly. Saw the sign Saturday, rang that afternoon, Monday walked though the front door (fall in love), that day made an offer, Tuesday they excepted, Friday deposit paid, Friday afternoon home was ours.
