Absolutely Brilliant!

Anne is an absolute legend! We had very tight deadlines and needed a quick sale, so it was critical to get the right agent. Anne understood our scenario from the start and took control, jumping into action immediately. She managed to get our property on the market and ready to sell within a week of us giving her notice, despite the scarcity of tradies, by using her connections and network to pull favors and get jobs done. Her excellent negotiation skills and strategic 'Set Date Sale' marketing got us an offer higher than expected and we were excited to close the deal quickly. Then, a day before finance approval was due, the buyer's finances fell through and unfortunately the property was back on the market with an even tighter deadline! Anne again came to the rescue, adjusting her schedule and making personal sacrifices to rush into another home open ASAP. We had almost lost hope, but she made the impossible possible and miraculously we achieved another sale just within our deadline! We cannot praise Anne enough. We have dealt with multiple property agents over the years as investors but Anne's work ethic, dependability, frank/open manner, empathy, self-sacrifice, and network of loyal support staff are unmatched.
