I met Anne a couple of years ago through the course of my duties in support of the body corporate. Anne went out of her way to support the body corporate with some great advice, even attending meetings on Sundays to help out. She proved herself on dozens of occasions with her insights relating the minutiae of rental property management and with bodies corporate. I wasn't even her client (my property was managed through another agency who were useless). When it came time for me to sell, the obvious choice for me was Anne. She made the entire process seamless, and made me feel as though we were in this transaction as partners, rather than treating me as just another customer. I can't recommend Anne highly enough. Anne had a great knowledge of the property we purchased, as well as the surrounding properties and owner demographics. Anne was willing and able to work with our availability requirements so that we could inspect the property, and she is swift to reply to any queries that we have had.

From the beginning I cannot say that Anne was very warm or welcoming (my friend even made that comment). Initially she was helpful but it didn't take long for her to be abrupt when I followed up on requests and even ignored emails, or responded without answering my questions all together. I feel once she was getting her commission she became impolite and all but threw my keys at me through my car window on settlement day, then walked away. Overall I would not recommend Anne, nor will I even consider using her if I choose to rent out my place in a couple of years.

We already had a great working relationship with Anne, as our property manager and when we were discussing selling our investment property, Anne already had interested parties,so within a week we had a signed contract and without the need to advertise . It was seamless and as we were interstate owners we relied heavily on Anne’s expertise and contacts to make things happen. They say that selling a property is stressful but with Anne steering the whole process for us, we didn’t have a minute of worry.
