Efficient Sale Process

We had little involvement in the sales process of the property until very late in the piece, however Anne brought us up to speed on the property very quickly which put us in apposition to purchase in a very short turn around. There was little requirement for negotiation given the stage in the sales process the property was at. Subsequent to the purchase Anne has made herself available to allow us to access the property so that we can make arrangements with subcontractors which has been greatly appreciated.
