Firstly, I have lived in and sold many inner city properties for over 3 decades and after having no one come through my opens, I then engaged Anne who took a different approach to attract buyers and brought a buyer within a few opens. Anne and David went out of their way to show buyers through and always followed up. She called me with updates ( no texting ) an actual phone call to keep me informed.
