Anne was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. She has a great knowledge of the property market in Noosaville (and beyond). She offered excellent advice throughout the campaign and worked extremely hard to achieve a commendable result for us. Thank you Anne

Ann would be the only Real Estate Agent I would sell my properties through. This speaks for itself Highly professional!!!

Anew has proven her capabilities as a very capable real estate agent and I highly recommend her and her team. Anne listens carefully to your wants and needs and applies that knowledge in her advertising and advice. She follows through with commitments and her recommendations are sound. Anne is backed by a very good team at Laguna realestate. They have been timely and efficient. I found Anne Powell to be an excellent realestate agent and wish her the best in the future.

Anne was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with during the process of preparing to sell. Anne made some great suggestions to ensure a better outcome for us and was wonderful to work with, even helping provide some extra details to the property for photography and open inspections. We would highly recommend Anne for anyone selling in the wider Noosa area. Anne is very knowledgeable with market info.

Hi Anne, Thanks so much for your assistance with purchasing our Sunshine Beach home a few weeks ago. We found you to be always available to assist us with any questions we had and flexible with inspecting the property too! This was a rare trait in comparison to some of your competitors and with us constantly travelling back to Sydney, we were time poor and you understood our situation and could see that we were genuine buyers. Not only did you get the sale but more importantly your seller was able to sell their home. You provided us with excellent service through the process and I only wish that I could lure you down to Sydney and come work with our agency! Thanks you. Regards, Sandro Petrini.

Anne went way beyond what anyone could possibly expect from an Agent. Anne was always very professional and yet down to earth and friendly.

thank you Anne for your help and guidance through the sale of my house .I'm happy with the result and would be happy to recommend you to my friends
