Anne had a good reputation for market knowledge and working for the vendor when we appointed her as our agent. It was the smaller details that stood out from other agents such as the advice she gave on how to present the house for open houses. Initially we were going to auction but half way through the campaign she demonstrated her market knowledge by changing to private treaty and within 3 days the housr was sold at a price we only dreamed of.
