Anne Webber had been recommended through the island Facebook support pages. I have previously had some not so great experiences with agents on the islands so was keen to try. My son wanted to let the house to tenants but I was keen to sell. He thought that would take forever. I contacted Anne on the Monday. I’m in hospital so was able to sign up with her digitally! The following week, on the Wednesday, I received a phone call from her to tell me the house had sold, at the asking price and for cash! Settlement was for 30 days, which I extended for a bit.
