Would recommend sold house very fast

We visited Macleay Island one Sunday, with the view to purchase an investment property. Found a couple of Estate Agents offices, that had pamphlets with available properties. Spent a couple of hours looking around. The following week, the places that were available were "Under Contract" and selling fast. Contacted Anne, who made arrangements to meet us off the Ferry the following Saturday. She had appointments pretty much every hour, however, she showed us exactly what we were looking for, and that afternoon we had a contract secured on a nice property. Anne assisted with some additional after sales favours, that greatly helped us and the seller out, with some of his unwanted appliances. I would recommend Anne to any Buyer or Seller, as she has a direct approach, and understands the local environment.
