Anne went above and beyond to make my sale happen. The buyer agreed to settle based on a mutual agreement between us that made the sale unconditional. Later they tried to demand something different in order to finalise settlement to which I was not negotiable. Anne made the decision to pay the vendor out of her commission which allowed the settlement to proceed without problems on settlement date.
