Anne was excellent in communicating with us using phone, sms and email. She listened to our thoughts about selling points with our unit. She then discussed options and ideas we hadn't thought of. One suggestion was to do some virtual staging. Because we had photos of empty rooms and the Tennent not all that tidy, we could give a visual lift to the rooms snowing the full potential. Anne gave excellent comparisons of other similar properties. With this in out knowledge, we accepted the small drop in price that Anne suggested . This brought a very quick sale .
