We had the pleasure of working with Anne, for both purchasing and selling our houses and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about choosing a real estate agent, to consider Anne. Anne kept us well informed every step of the process, and was always prompt in assisting us with any queries, and did so in a professional and approachable manner. Anne has sound knowledge of the current real-estate market, and her expertise in accessing genuine buyers was invaluable. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of selling our house, as it far exceeded our expectations, for both time to sell and price achieved. Thank you for all your assistance Anne, very much appreciated.

I liked Anne's professionalism and communication. The settlement experienced a little setback (on the vendors side) however Anne was very patient and we worked through this. Anne was quick to follow up with things. Anne's market value was spot on. Much appreciated, thanks Anne.

Anne was very friendly and extremely helpful with regards to the whole process. Her level of communication was outstanding and she was very quick to follow up on any enquires made. Anne’s level of professionalism was excellent and I would happily deal with her again in the future.

Anne was very prompt and nothing was to much trouble , thank you Anne for all your efforts .

Anne was excellent in communicating with us using phone, sms and email. She listened to our thoughts about selling points with our unit. She then discussed options and ideas we hadn't thought of. One suggestion was to do some virtual staging. Because we had photos of empty rooms and the Tennent not all that tidy, we could give a visual lift to the rooms snowing the full potential. Anne gave excellent comparisons of other similar properties. With this in out knowledge, we accepted the small drop in price that Anne suggested . This brought a very quick sale . Thank you for your insight .We are delighted with the smooth flow of settlement. Anne worked very hard at keeping our unit alive on the market.

Anne was very helpful in my house-buying journey. She was always available to answer questions and kept me in the loop. Her help was very much appreciated!

Following our departure from Port Lincoln, we engaged Lawson Real Estate to manage the house as a rental. Their communication, coupled with good tenants left us satisfied that the property was making good returns whilst being looked after. When the time came to list it for sale, Anne walked us through the process respectfully. Ultimately, we sought a fair price and hoped for buyers that would appreciate the property and Rustlers Gully setting. Anne was great to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again.

Anne helped our experience of purchasing our home, to be an easy and stress free process. Anne was always quick to respond to any of our enquiries throughout the process, and assisted us in negotiating requests as needed. I highly recommend Anne as your restate agent of choice when next selling or buying a home.

Anne possesses all the marketplace knowledge to ensure I was able to get a very clear understanding of where my property sat in relation to other properties in the area. A realistic value was then able to be placed on the property that resulted in a very fast sale which is what I was seeking. Any queries I had regarding the sale were always responded to the same day, Anne makes you feel like you are a valuable client. Her honest opinion and ideas to enhance the property were noted and duly acted upon. I'm sure this also had an effect on the speed in which my property was sold. Although I have never met Anne in person due to living in Far North Queensland, her cheerful attitude put me at ease and I felt I had someone I could trust entirely. My best interests were certainly always at the forefront with the manner in which Anne operates. I could not rate Anne more highly, and would encourage anyone looking to sell to give Anne the opportunity. I'll reiterate the punctual response time, it's a big deal selling a house and the stress is taken away when you get the information to any query you may have, the same day as asking.

I found Anne to be a highly attentive agent. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Anne has shown great passion in her work. She was honest, knowledgeable in the local area. I am pleased to recommend Anne Wills to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
