From the time i first indicated i wanted to sell, Anne was on the front foot. She proactively contacted me with regards to my timeline. As soon as i decided to pull the trigger, the ground work was done including floor plans and photos, and the property was able to hit the market with little delay. She re-evaluated our initial price target and on her advise i was able to achieve a substantially more successful outcome. Anne negotiated what turned out to be a difficult sale, liaising with the Conveyancer on my behalf to ensure there were no delays or events that could end up causing a re-listing, or further advertising etc...
