Annette is local, so she will get the best outcome for you. Had a few issues with councils slack record keeping. But got there in the end. Annette will give you some decent feedback, about what you can do, to present your place to the market, if you are selling. And if you are taken with the gemmies, passing through or holidaying, she is right there, to show you some places. Dont think anyone could have done a better job, selling my place

Bought freehold property in Willows Gemfields from WA sight unseen because Annette went out of her way to video the property and it looked better than the video when I got there. Very happy with my little piece of paradise! She informed me about the town, the neighbouring towns, the culture and my expectations were fully met. Nothing is too much for her, and trust is a big issue for me. She is very personable and transparent; she really cares about matching the property to suit the potential buyer.
