In my case the property I was buy was an older one that had been split into 2 titles - when I offered I was told that there were No issues with the titles and there was no problem on the vendor side meeting the short 40 day settlement time I wanted. In reality Annette would have known that the separated titles had not been issued - its now past that original settlement date and we still do not have the final titles so no settlement yet. Very Frustrating and clearly she lacks credibility.
