Annette and Melissa coordinated a complex property matter which included managing the exit of poor tenants (legacy issue from previous agent), seeking appropriate damages through the tribunal, liaison with a number of contractors to rectify property damage, advice on the level of refurbishment required to bring the property to the market, ongoing management of the property through the vacancy period as the work was carried out, and then presentation of the property to market. The property was never going to be an easy sale given the legacy issues but Annette and the team persevered, communicated well with the market and a difficult client (me!), adjusted the sales strategy to suit the market conditions and within a reasonable time period given all of this secured the sale. I have been very impressed with the skills of both the property management and sales teams and would highly recommend them to others.

Annette was wonderful to deal, upfront and straight to the point. Just after signing the contract we had a family emergency and Annette was very accommodating with this. We had a few issues with inspection times appearing on realestate.com, Annette did her best to rectify this but unfortunately the times were only appearing two days before the inspection which was disappointing considering the fees involves to be on realestate.com. Leith took over while Annette was on leave and during this period our home sold. The only issue we had with this was when we had a question we would ask Annette and Annette would advise Leith was taking care of that then if we asked Leith a question we would be advised Annette was taking care of that.
