Annette responded immediately when I approached her with an interest in my now home. She promptly took me through for an inspection (in her own time on a Saturday afternoon); gave me all the information I needed to register my interest and worked around my insane work schedule with future correspondence. I felt Annette had excellent local knowledge of the complex I was buying into, she was enthusiastic, always well presented and professional. To top it off, Annette arranged the best house-warming gift picked especially to suit me! As this is my first property purchase, I've had several questions post-settlement and Annette has been more than happy to help with those too.
