Compulsive liar

Market knowledge 0 Was told the house was 10 years old and built by Coral Homes. In actual fact the house is 17 years old and built by PJ Burns. We were advised we could put a pool in the backyard and showed us some form of plans of the septic system. Not sure what the plans were but we went to council and they have no record of plans as they were destroyed by a fire in thier building. We also had the original septic installer come to the property and tell us there is no way we could build a pool in the back yard. An overall extremely poor experience of purchasing a home after being told numerous lies about the property.
