The experience selling my property with Annette Pinkerton has been outstanding. Her dedication to details and keeping me informed of interest has been flawless. Given my property is outside her locality by 100km, Annette demonstrated that marketing via internet coupled with good old verbal communication with buyers was a recipe for successful sale. When she needed to be at the property for inspections, there were no hesitations to travel to meet prospective buyers. Annette's communication is factual and down to earth. Something I appreciated and I'm sure the prospective buyers could see was genuine. No fluffing or over-representation, which is why I think my sale occurred within 6 weeks at a price I was happy with. By contrast, I had observed properties in my area over the last years taking much longer to sell with other agents. The marketing campaign was spot on with many of my friends remarking how good a job Annette had done. Her marketing experience accumulated by study and experience outside of real estate made Annette unique among her peers and it showed in spades. There was some low-ball interest initially that Annette skillfully directed, with respect to the buyers, to the asking price that was productive for my sale.
