After trying to sell the same property with a different agent we changed to Annette after someone recommended her. This sale/purchase was anything but simple and/or straight forward. At one point there were 5 parties involved with 2 contracts dependant on selling existing houses, existing tenants that needed to be considered and just to make things straight forward an inheritance waiting to be released. In the end we needed a very creative approach to finalise this transition which I very much doubt could have happened without Annette’s understanding and wiliness to get the job done for the benefit of all parties. The journey for us has taken 2 years and during that time we experienced the good, not so good and very bad that real estate can offer up.
