We have both bought and sold through Annie, and found her to be honest, clear, hard working, extremely responsive, and highly professional in both instances. When we were buying, Annie kept us informed, and responded to any questions we had extremely promptly. When we were selling, we were kept abreast of all buyer feedback, and given helpful advice on all aspects of preparing for the sale. Annie's initial evaluation matched closely with the final price we achieved, highlighting her honesty and integrity. I can't say enough for her work ethic in both instances. On several occasions it was evident that Annie was working for us well outside of normal business hours, whether it was simply responding to an enquiry, or actively following up or negotiating with potential buyers. If more agents were like Annie, both buyers and sellers would have a far more positive view of the real estate profession.
