Thank you Annie for going above and beyond for the purchase of a family house in Townsville QLD. I think I can say both the vendor and purchaser (myself) are happy with the sale. Annie went above and beyond expectations to help myself (organised lawn care etc) during the move in process whilst I relocated from SEQ which helped alleviate some of the stress involved. I was a FHB and had mostly been looking at property in SEQ prior to purchasing a 3br house in Townsville. I feel like Annie + Bush Beach Realty are a lot closer to what buying a home in SEQ used to be like prior to the real estate boom. As an example, the trend in buying a home in SEQ is that you no longer get a chance to speak to the owner when buying a home and virtually every step of the home buying process is heavily geared towards the vendor and so there is a lot of "buyer beware" due to the extremely competitive market. Annie was the absolute opposite of this, completely transparent, managed both buyer & sellers expectations well & honestly couldn't be happier with how the transaction went. If you want a more local experience with your real estate transaction without the unnecessary theatrics of the larger REAs (the agent turning up in the over the top flash car, the cringeworthy YouTube videos, the townhouse listed as a house and not a strata title / unit... the list goes on) then I would definitely recommend Annie + Bush Beach Realty.
