Annie is not only knowledgeable and proactive, she is one of the few estate agent that actually cares. Annie went out of her way to think ahead of what I need to do, as an investor landlord, looking out for me each step of the way. Annie was always available, hyper-responsive and took complete ownership of my purchase. She provided references for letting agents, suppliers etc without being pushy in any way.
