We opposed an open house this was an error as that at least offloads the tyre kickers. Annie brought in genuine people and offers were made but with lead times for them to sought out other issues. Annie gained a letter of intent and she viewed confirmation of finance. As we had to purchase else where this did place pressure on us to meet the extended time line.
